We are the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association ®, a 501 (c) (19) organization that is a widely diverse group of Combat Veterans who ride motorcycles and are dedicated exclusively to helping veterans. To execute our mission, we count on donations from businesses like you. With your assistance, we can help donate to our charity, United Military Care, who help veterans in the Atlanta Metro area with every facet of life. Their mission ensures that all Veterans have equal access to the help they need, not limited to, making sure they have groceries, medical care, and housing.

We would like you to become a partner in our cause. We would be honored to prominently display your business banners, marketing materials, or logos at each of our events where we typically engage thousands of people.

Please select the appropriate status level, on the return portion of this letter, in which you wish to contribute and have your brand or business recognized. You will be recognized throughout our fundraising season to promote your passion to cooperate and partner with our organization. Our fundraising season finale is scheduled for September 21, 2024, at Southern Devil Harley-Davidson, 2281 US-411, Cartersville, GA 30121 where we will host approximately 1,000 spectators and guests.

Platinum – a $1,500 or above donation. Sponsor will get Gold Level and a banner at the event for advertising. )
(There are multiple options for the platinum level as some sponsors choose to donate more than the $1500. Please select the appropriate platinum amount.)
Gold – a $1,000 donation. The sponsor will get a Plaque and a signed photo of the chapter with a Chapter Patch.
Silver – a $500 donation. The sponsor will get a Thank you plaque.
Gold and above-level sponsors will also have the company logo added to the event flier and will be mentioned in any radio or print ads we can secure.
All levels will be mentioned in our social media posts and have a vendor space at the event if desired.

An email will be sent to your email on file to notify you of receipt. There will be a donation letter sent soon after, to the address at checkout, for your records.
